Where Can We Travel NOW?

Eight countries allow Americans to enter their countries as of this writing.

Better do your homework if you want to spend the money for any of them.

As I listen to my idol, Peter Greenberg, my favorite Travel Expert, I marvel that he can conger  topics that are relevant for today’s pandemic. I’m lethargic. But today, as I read a lengthy article on TripAdvisor, I thought you might like in this shortened version.

I’m sure you’ve heard that US travelers have no place to vist but the USA. Some states have restrictions which must be noted before we travel to other states. But, if you really want to go out of the country there are still eight countries for you to visit, if you plan well and find it affordable, here’s the list.

Aruba

Bermuda

Cambodia

Croatia (no direct flights but transfers are allowed); requires a $3000 deposit.

Dubai, Emirates

French Polynesia (Islands in the Pacific)

Santa Lucia

Turkey

Each of the countries requires a certain amount of paperwork and they all require Covid-19 testing before and sometimes at entry. A solution is to travel in the US, but heed my statement: check online if you are crossing state lines. I have a friend who got stuck in New York state before the rules were recently tweaked. Travel in your home state produces historic venues, tempting tasting, and striking vistas you will not want to miss…ever!
